The total reuse rate reaches more than 90%, and the water intake per unit product is at the advanced level in China and the forefront in the province. The steam condensate recovery system is mainly used for boiler feed water. While improving the efficiency of steam heating system, the consumption of fresh water is saved, and the discharge of waste water is also reduced. About 510000 cubic meters of condensed water are recovered every year. Through the optimization and transformation of the full-width spray water system, the recovery and utilization of secondary steam in the coater, and the recovery and utilization of cleaning wastewater in the sedimentation tank, the recycling of water resources has been realized, with an annual reduction of 375000 cubic meters of fresh water and 28800 tons of steam.
