Jianghe has 30 coating processing production lines, including high-speed coating production lines.
The width of the high-speed coating machine is 1760mm, and the paper is drawn up and down, which can simultaneously complete one-sided or two-sided knife coating and two curtain coating, thus greatly increasing the number of varieties of finished products and improving the production efficiency.
The three-proof coating machine is developed by its subsidiary Big Finger Equipment according to the technical requirements for the production of three-proof thermal paper. It adopts upper and lower lead paper and can complete multiple curtain coating on one or both sides at the same time, greatly increasing the number of varieties of finished products and improving the production efficiency.
The slitting machine has automatic unwinding and deflection adjustment: the master roll from the coater can be automatically adjusted even if the end face is not too flat; Unwinding tension control: during the unwinding process, there is constant tension control; It is specially designed for slitting carbon-free, heat-sensitive and other special papers. The curl adopts the central surface winding method. The winding end face is flat and the unevenness is ≤ 0.5mm.
